  1. I don’t see the reasoning why swap rate need to be decreased. (team need to increase LM is too abstract reasoning. team always need more money)
  2. I don’t see calculations why swap rate 1:3.1 is chosen. Why not 1:11 or 1:1 or 1:0.5?
  3. Why only ADEL holders affected by “team need AKRO to increase LM”? Why vested AKRO not cut also?
  4. If team need more AKRO - there is other ways to get it except taking from early users. Why to choose one of the worst?
  5. In current proposal team get more AKRO now and vesting is prolongated and shifted to July. So community voluntarily reduces their rewards and get it later and team give nothing in return. It doesn’t look like compromise.

in general it all looks like favoring to one of big akro holders. nothing more
all words about future of AKRO is blahblahblah

There should be a third option. To vote no on both of these proposals. The original proposal should be honored as it is already in motion and agreed on by the community. These new proposals are nothing but a hijack and create even further divide amongst loyal members. Stop this betrayal just because it suits your pocket book. You are stealing from your own community members. No vote no vote no vote

You’ve missed this and ALL other points entirely. The originally proposed swap was done in good faith for those who were “burned” in the ADEL project due to lack of security or whatever the reason.
To even allow this proposal from those who didn’t bother with the ADEL project is tacit endorsement of said proposal and motivation. It basically says we no longer care about the damage done to those who invested in the ADEL project and are indifferent if they remain involved with AKRO moving forward.
If that truly is the case, don’t hide behind the veil of “another community member proposing an alternative to something already decided on by the team in charge”…just say it.
